General Labor (Carpentry)

Salary: $18-$20/Hour

We are partnered with a growing family-owned custom cabinetry company based in Sarasota, Florida. We are seeking a reliable, motivated General Laborer with carpentry experience to assist with both on-site cabinetry installations and shop work. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with wood, tools, and craftsmanship in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cabinetry installations
• Support shop work (assembly, sanding, prep)
• Use hand and power tools
• Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
• Maintain shop floor cleanliness and upkeep

Requirements:

• Prior carpentry experience required
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Physically able to lift materials
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour
