Seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our partnered clients machine shop located in Racine, WI. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, precision, and hands-on fabrication experience working with thicker materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components, primarily working with 1/4" material
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately fabricate parts
• Measure, cut, and position materials using rulers and basic math skills
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment
• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
