Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people, is presentable, and is eager to learn and grow. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and handling basic counter sales.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Assist customers with basic product inquiries and counter sales
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, invoices as needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area
Answer basic questions and direct customers as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Learn product knowledge and company procedures over time
Qualifications & Skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Friendly, customer-focused mindset
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Basic math and communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
