We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our inventory operations and grow within our organization. This role works closely under the guidance of the Inventory Lead and plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth teamwork across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory Lead with daily inventory control and tracking activities

• Accurately receive, record, and organize inventory items

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits

• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems

• Follow established procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams to support workflow

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Highly motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift inventory items as required

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related roles (preferred but not required)

• Interest in career growth within inventory, operations, or supply chain management

Schedule and Pay

• Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
• Pay is $20-$25
