Forklift Operator - First Shift

Located in Madison, WI

Salary: $23/hr

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Forklift Operators in McFarland! This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a cold/frozen warehouse environment and enjoy fast-paced warehouse work. Freezer gear is provided, and candidates must be able to lift 50–80 lbs.

 

Pay: $22.00/hour

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

 

Work includes:

• Picking and staging orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Stacking and unstacking pallets
• Checking in and out inventory
• Performing general warehouse duties
• Moving and manually re-handling product
• Assisting supervisor and plant manager with leading the team

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work in a cold/frozen warehouse environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable and safety-conscious
