Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Production Team Leads for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift manufacturing opportunities in Wentzville, MO. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is highly visible on the production floor, provides positive guidance to associates, and ensures daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

As a Production Team Lead, you will oversee shift operations, support continuous improvement efforts, and help drive productivity while maintaining safety and quality expectations. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily production operations for assigned shift
• Lead associates using a hands-on, visible, and supportive leadership style
• Assist team members on the production floor to meet output goals
• Ensure associates receive proper training, coaching, and guidance
• Support new process setup, changeovers, and teardown activities
• Enforce company rules, policies, and codes of conduct
• Ensure housekeeping, organization, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Respond to workplace incidents or accidents, ensuring proper care and documentation
• Promote a safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing environment
• Monitor quality standards to ensure compliance with TS and ISO requirements
• Perform additional supervisory or production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous leadership or team lead experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with TS and ISO quality standards and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold associates accountable
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) as assigned
