🏘️ What We Look for in Our Leasing Agents

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing experience or similar customer service/property management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to maintain professionalism with residents and team members

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Build a positive sense of community with residents
• Serve as the primary contact for resident needs and inquiries
• Manage day‑to‑day resident relations and uphold community standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing team members
• Respond promptly to concerns, service requests, and on‑site issues
• Communicate policy updates, community events, and safety notices
• Review and update lease documents as needed
• Process rent payments, address delinquencies, and issue required notices
• Assist with the Move‑In / Move‑Out process
• Handle and secure lease renewals
• Maintain accurate resident data within property management software
• Support scheduling and hosting resident events
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and handle incoming calls
• Provide feedback on community livability and improvements
