We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Specialist to join our warehouse or logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing orders, ensuring timely and secure delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with shipping systems, and a commitment to accuracy and safety.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx, UPS, or other carrier systems
• Inspect outgoing packages for proper labeling, packaging, and documentation
• Coordinate pickup schedules with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of shipments
• Maintain accurate shipping logs and inventory records
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues or delays
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with shipping software (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
