Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations and maintain efficient administrative workflows. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills. Banking experience is a plus, and exceptional candidates with BSA/AML experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails professionally
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Process paperwork and confidential documents with a high level of accuracy
  • Support banking, accounting, or compliance-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Follow and support company policies, procedures, and SOPs

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, administrative assistant, or clerical roles
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Preferred & Exceptional Experience

  • Banking or financial services experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional candidates with BSA/AML experience (Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering)
  • Experience working with financial records, compliance documentation, or regulated environments
