Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience and a strong work ethic. This role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication of custom aluminum awning frames and related metal structures. While welding is a component of the job, the position also involves cutting, fitting, measuring, and general metal fabrication, requiring precision, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship. You will play a key role in producing durable, high-quality products for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum materials for custom awning frames and metal structures

• Cut, fit, and assemble aluminum and other metals according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements

• Operate welding and cutting tools and machinery safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding or metal fabrication experience

• Experience working with aluminum preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual
