Express Employment Professionals of Danville is on the lookout for rockstar talent! We’ve teamed up with a growing local eye clinic and are searching for a friendly, detail-driven Call Center Representative to join their amazing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients

• Scheduling appointments like a pro

• Verifying insurance and handling billing questions

• Setting up new patient accounts

• Ordering contact lenses

• Processing credit card payments over the phone

• Covering the front desk during lunchtime hustle

• Always following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy

What You Bring to the Table:

• Recent office experience (within the last year)

• Bonus points if you’ve worked in the medical field!

• Flexibility and a can-do attitude

• Stellar customer service skills

• Fast fingers—strong typing abilities a must!

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday + Rotating Saturdays (get ready for a little weekend action!)
