Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Administrative Assistant for a fast growing manufacturing company in San Clemente.

 

Service Line: Evaluation To Hire, Fulltime

Pay: Up to $28/Hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM

 

Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support for production activities, including managing pick lists, coordinating pre-weigh processes, and communicating with the scheduling team.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and assisting with invoice processing.
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed.
  • Answer phones and route calls to appropriate people.
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed, including receiving packages, filing papers, organizing supplies, and receiving uniform orders.
  • Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail.
  • Clean and tidy public office and meeting spaces
  • Assist and support designated departments with tasks as assigned
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Assist with coordination of company events.
  • Maintain inventory for office and breakroom supplies.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of office support experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
