HVAC Technician – Full Time Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to join one of our reputable clients. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and hands‑on service experience working with residential or commercial HVAC systems, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
💵 Pay Rate
$21.00 – $26.00/hr DOE
🕒 Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Rotational on‑call as needed
🔧 Position Summary
The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, furnace, boiler, and air conditioning systems. This position requires someone who can diagnose issues efficiently, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold high safety and quality standards.
🛠️ Primary Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, ventilation, and A/C units
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Perform routine system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Communicate service findings and recommendations with customers professionally
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
✔️ Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience with residential and/or commercial systems
- Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Professional, dependable appearance and attitude
- Must be able to drive company vehicle (MVR check will be required)
- MECH 4 certification is a plus
- EPA Certification is a plus
