We are hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility buildings, infrastructure systems, and manufacturing/process equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, steam/boiler, compressed air, water treatment, and ventilation systems
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and rebuild mechanical equipment including motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, fans, and blowers
Assist with electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Support plumbing, piping, carpentry, welding, and basic machining as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
Follow OSHA safety standards and use required PPE
Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions
Minimum 1 year industrial maintenance or multi-craft experience
Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent vocational/military training preferred
Proficiency in at least one secondary skill set (electrical, PLCs, HVAC, welding, machining, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts
Valid Driver’s License
Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting throughout shift
