The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our full range of landscaping services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, understands the value of outdoor spaces, and thrives in a consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients• Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service plans• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert opportunities into sales• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project handoff and customer satisfaction• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals• Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications• Previous sales experience required; landscaping, construction, or home-services industry experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to understand basic landscaping concepts (training provided)• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
