Mounting Machine 1st Shift

Express Employment is hiring reliable and motivated Mounting Machine Operators for 1st shift to support production operations at a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating mounting machines, assembling components, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor mounting machines according to production specifications

• Load parts and materials into machines, ensuring proper alignment and placement

• Assemble components and verify correct mounting of parts

• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper assembly

• Perform routine machine adjustments and report mechanical issues as needed

• Maintain steady production flow and meet daily production goals

• Complete production and quality documentation as required

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members, line leads, and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work 1st shift schedule

• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required
