Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for an Inventory Specialist position with a Turf Distribution company located in Ellenton, FL.

Duties Include:
- Support the Warehouse Inventory Manager position with a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for the continuous direction of inventory control processes to count, examine, locate, and dispose of stock as directed.
- Responsible for the accuracy and organization of location maintenance for warehouse access of inventory.
- Responsible for supporting daily warehouse functions.

- Move pallets using a Forklift to designations

Requirements:
- 4+ years of Forklift experience required
- Perform monthly equipment and parts inventory cycle counts, completing discrepancy review and reconciliation.
- Communicate inventory results and data effectively to management and sales.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording inventory and product locations
- Execute daily inventory and product verifications to support service teams, vendors, accounting, etc.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Monitor and review inventory control processes to support company initiatives and objectives.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse setting with exposure to various weather conditions (depending on indoor/outdoor tasks).
