Express Employment Professionals of Denton County is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our client at a 225‑unit community in Denton, Texas. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong leasing and customer service skills, and have hands-on experience using Entrata for day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with residents and is passionate about creating an exceptional living experience.

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: TBD- Full Time

Key Responsibilities

·       Greet, tour, and assist prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism.

·       Conduct property tours, explain features and amenities, and highlight the value of the community.

·       Follow up promptly with leads, inquiries, and applicants.

·       Meet or exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.

·       Process applications, deposits, and lease agreements accurately using Entrata and serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns in both English and Spanish.

·       Support residents through the move-in, move-out, and renewal processes.

·       Promote a friendly and welcoming environment that strengthens community satisfaction.

·       Utilize Entrata for leasing, CRM tasks, work order entry, and daily reporting.

·       Maintain organized leasing files, documentation, and compliance with Fair Housing laws.

·       Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, outreach, and social media updates.

·       Support property management with general office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience with Entrata property management software (required).
• At least 2 years of leasing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends or flexible hours, as needed.
•  Professional, reliable, and detail oriented.
