We are seeking an experienced First-Shift Press Brake Operator to join a growing metal fabrication team in High Point, NC. Position Overview:
The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to form sheet metal parts according to customer specifications and engineering drawings. This role plays a key part in ensuring parts meet dimensional accuracy, quality standards, and production schedules. You will work closely with production and quality teams to support efficient workflow and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines, including tooling and die changes

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications

• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality

• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Meet production goals while maintaining high workmanship standards

Qualifications:

• Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and ability to work first shift, Monday–Friday

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
