Job Summary: Express Employment in Bellingham is seeking hiring a CNC Operator for a long‑established marine manufacturer in Bellingham. This company specializes in designing and producing high‑quality heat exchangers and custom cooling systems for commercial, industrial, and marine applications. Pay: Earn $22.00-$25.00/hour to start, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am- 4:30 pm

Location: Bellingham, WA
Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Operate and/or set up all machine tools in the shop

-Program Bridgeport CNC milling machines, including:

• HAAS VF2
• Torq‑Cut‑30 with EZTRAK 3‑axis control
• Turret Milling Machine with BPC 2M 2‑axis control

-Use FeatureCAM 2.5D Milling CAD/CAM

-Work with SolidWorks 2018+ and SolidWorks CAM

-Utilize HSM CAM

-Maintain machine tools, fixtures, and related equipment

-Train other team members on machine tool operation

-Recommend improvements to tooling, processes, and machine utilization

-Design and build jigs, templates, and specialty devices

-Perform finished part testing and ensure timely, high‑quality production
