Job Title: Cashier / Customer Service Clerk
Location: North Mission, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

A reputable water supply company in the North Mission area is seeking dependable Cashiers / Customer Service Clerks to join their team. This role involves processing customer payments, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates will also be cross-trained in various departments to support overall operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

• Manage and update customer account information

• Balance payments and reconcile accounts on due dates

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

• Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous cashier, billing or payment processing experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Strong Administrative experience
