Description: Lead all HR functions, aligning them with business goals, focusing heavily on workforce safety, compliance (OSHA/labor laws), talent acquisition for skilled roles, performance, employee relations in a production environment, training, compensation and managing HR strategy, budgets and teams, acting as a strategic partner to operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR Strategies that support long term business objectives, including workforce planning, organizational design and change management.
  • Oversee full cycle recruitment, executive level hiring, and the development of retention programs to secure top talent.
  • Ensure organization-wide adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC) and conduct regular audits to mitigate legal risks.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures, benefit packages (health, retirement) and incentive programs.
  • Act as a senior mediator for complex disputes, oversee disciplinary actions and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage the HR department's annual budget, supervise HR staff, and provide professional development for the HR team.
