Job Summary:
Responsible for performing quality sewing operations neatly, consistently, and within standard production times while contributing to overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sewing operations including basting, binding, assembly, and top stitching within standard times
• Maintain consistent quality standards on all finished products
• Operate and adjust sewing machines (needle, thread, bobbin, stitch, and speed changes)
• Work with various fabrics used in company products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements:

• Basic sewing machine knowledge and hands-on sewing experience
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs dictate
