Pharmaceutical Call Center Representative – $17–$17.50/hr – Chesterfield, MO (Hybrid to Remote)

Job Summary

We are currently seeking Pharmaceutical Call Center Representative candidates for opportunities in Chesterfield, Missouri (63005). This role is ideal for individuals who are calm, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a structured call center environment. This position will start onsite and transition to work-from-home after approximately one month, contingent upon successful training performance.

You will be working with Express Employment Professionals, a staffing firm that partners with multiple reputable companies across St. Louis and St. Charles County.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering inbound calls from an automated call queue
• Handling approximately 155 inbound/outbound calls per shift
• Performing data entry tasks while on active calls
• Refilling prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer questions related to prescriptions and account information
• Following call scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Participating in onsite training in a cubicle-style call center setting

Requirements

• Prior call center experience required
• Medical or pharmaceutical experience preferred for higher pay rate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and strong training performance (WFH is performance-based)
• Ability to work onsite during training period before transitioning remote

Pay Information

• $17.00/hour with call center experience
• $17.50/hour with prior medical or pharmaceutical experience
