Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager for a local company in the Miami Dade area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader responsible for maximizing warehouse production at the lowest cost, overseeing all shift personnel, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of shipments and customer orders. This is a full-time, in-person position with excellent benefits.

 

Requirements:

  • Schedule and supervise all warehouse personnel during shift; ensure all shipments and customer orders are accurately cut, packed, shipped, and released on time; work hands-on alongside the team as needed
  • Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain maximum product quality; assist with inventory management, stock counts, and SAP corrections; operate a forklift as required
  •  Handle employee issues at the first level; recommend and administer corrective action; oversee in-depth investigation of incidents and accidents; process payroll and maintain accurate attendance records
  • Lead and participate in safety and production meetings; enforce all HR, operational, fire prevention, and safety policies; promote and foster a safe work environment at all times

 

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Shifts | Full Time | In-Person
  • Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL

Qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse management or supervisory experience required; proven ability to lead a team and manage shift operations efficiently
  • Forklift operation experience required; valid Driver's License required
  • Experience with inventory management, SAP or similar warehouse management systems preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to make sound personnel decisions and handle employee relations effectively
