Our client has asked us to find a hard worker for a Customer Service Representative job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. If you have the right experience, attitude and are ready to work - we want you to apply with us!

 

What will you be doing?

 

In this position, you’ll answer inbound calls, schedule and dispatch technicians, and guide customers through the service process with professionalism and care.

 

Schedule:

• 8 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday

 

This role is a strong fit for someone who:

• Has a confident, friendly phone presence and communicates clearly
• Thinks well under pressure and stays composed when things change quickly
• Naturally brings organization to busy or chaotic situations
• Is reliable, detail-oriented, and follows through
• Learns systems quickly and looks for ways to improve processes
• Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do

 

 

 

 Experience, skills, and qualities that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

• Experience in a similar work environment
• Customer service experience
• Strong and accurate typing and data entry skills
• Good listening skills and able to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation with a commitment to being at work for all scheduled shifts, and willing to stay until the job is finished
• Drug free
