Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering goods to and from customer locations, warehouses, and distribution centers. A CDL is not required, but candidates must have experience operating box vans and trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely deliver goods to various locations
Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
Conduct routine inspections of the trailer and vehicle for maintenance and safety issues
Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff
Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company standards
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience driving
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Dependable and professional with good customer service skills
Preferred but Not Required:
Forklift certification or experience with pallet jacks
