Weekend Shift – Wash Bay Associate.
Location: Spartanburg, SC.
Pay: $15/hour.
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
Bonus: Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours.

Job Overview:
We are hiring a dependable Weekend Shift Wash Bay Associate to join a small production team responsible for cleaning and repairing formwork used at construction sites. This is a hands-on, physical role in a wet environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash formwork panels using a 15,000–20,000 PSI pressure washer

• Clean and repair dirty construction formwork so it can be returned to customers

• Use hand tools such as drills, scrapers, extruders, and nail pullers

• Operate overhead cranes (1-ton jib crane and 1-ton bridge crane) to lift and stack panels

• Work as part of a 2–3 person production line

• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a wet and physically demanding environment

• Ability to use hand tools and industrial equipment

• Willingness to learn crane operation (training provided if needed)

• Reliable attendance for weekend shifts
