Express Employment Professionals is seeking driven individuals to join our internal team as Outside Business Development Representatives. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you achieve your full potential.

Job Responsibilities

Hunt for New Business: Develop new relationships with companies across the St. Louis metro area through proactive calls and face-to-face meetings
Identify Opportunities: Qualify potential clients and understand their hiring needs
Present Solutions: Communicate the value of Express staffing and workforce solutions
Close Deals: Negotiate pricing and service agreements to secure new partnerships
