Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our clients wood products manufacturing team. This role supports the processing of lumber and florring and involves operating various machinery as well as performing hands-on labor throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines used to resurface, plane, and prepare lumber

• Stack, move, and organize lumber throughout the production area

• Visually grade lumber for quality, defects, and consistency

• Assist with material handling and workflow between production stages

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

• Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or wood products is preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift, stack, and carry lumber as needed

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Industrial/production setting

• Regular lifting, bending, and stacking of materials
