We are currently seeking candidates for our Bilingual Employment Specialist Training Program – Sales Cold Calls Required at Express Employment Professionals – Maryland Heights, MO. This is an internal hire position, meaning you will work directly for Express Employment Professionals, not for a client company.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly energetic, fast-moving, and motivated individual who thrives in a busy office environment. Candidates will begin in a Front Office Coordinator (FOC) role while completing hands-on training, with the opportunity to advance into an Employment Specialist position upon successful completion of the program. This role is very people-facing and sales-driven, with cold calling being a key part of daily responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work in a fast-paced office environment handling multiple tasks throughout the day

• Greet and assist applicants, associates, and clients in person and over the phone

• Make outbound sales and business development cold calls to local companies

• Build rapport with prospective clients and promote Express services

• Schedule interviews and manage front desk operations

• Assist with applicant onboarding, employment paperwork, and compliance documents

• Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to applicants and associates

• Learn recruiting, interviewing, and job placement processes

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Support recruiters and management with administrative and sales-related tasks

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced role

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills

• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with business decision-makers

• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
