We are currently looking for a qualified Bilingual Sales Coordinator for a company located in Hardeeville.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Appointment Setter / Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish languages. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business development efforts and build lasting client relationships through effective outreach and coordination. 

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Responsibilities: 

Duties
•    Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries using warm calling techniques.
•    Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring alignment with their availability and needs.
•    Engage potential clients through professional telemarketing, demonstrating the value of our products or services.
•    Maintain detailed records of interactions and scheduled appointments within CRM software such as Salesforce.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies and outreach plans.
•    Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth and nurturing relationships.
•    Assist in managing customer inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
•    Use effective negotiation skills to handle objections and secure commitments during calls.
•    Track call metrics and report on outreach progress regularly to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

•    Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or call coordination
•    Strong customer service & verbal communication skills (professional, confident, articulate)
•    Experience using CRMs preferred
•    QuickBooks experience required
•    Fluent in English and Spanish Languages is required
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
•    Ability to learn scripts, systems, and products quickly
•    Comfortable with call volume and performance-based expectations
