We’re looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician who takes pride in quality work and knows their way around modern repair processes. If you’re efficient, detail-oriented, and tired of cutting corners, this is a shop where your skills are respected.
Perform high-quality structural and non-structural collision repairs
Analyze damage and develop repair plans
Use frame machines, welders, and modern repair tools correctly and safely
Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Work closely with estimators and painters to keep jobs moving
Maintain a clean, organized work area
3+ years of collision repair experience (required)
Strong knowledge of frame repair, metal work, and panel replacement
Ability to work independently and meet production goals
Familiarity with OEM repair procedures
I-CAR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
