Job Title: Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Order Picker / Reach Truck)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire, full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a stand-up order picker and reach truck in a warehouse environment and will be dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up order picker and reach truck safely and efficiently

• Pick, stage, and move product according to work orders and procedures

• Load and unload materials within the warehouse

• Maintain accurate inventory handling and documentation

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating stand-up order picker and reach truck

• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $16.00 per hour
