Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Production Associate for a local client. The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by filling containers with paint, sealants, and related products, palletizing finished goods, and safely loading trucks using a forklift. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently for shipment.
Fill buckets, pails, and containers with paint, sealants, and other related products according to production specifications
Label and inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Stack filled containers onto pallets in a safe and organized manner
Operate a forklift to move materials, stage pallets, and load trucks for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines
Assist with general production tasks as needed to support workflow and team goals
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
