About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will build, repair, and maintain a variety of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in production. The ideal candidate has strong machining skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Operate manual and CNC machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD files.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustments on dies and tooling.
• Conduct precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Ensure tooling meets quality and performance standards before release to production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on improvements and new tool development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of tool and die making experience (or completion of a certified apprenticeship program).
• Proficiency in machining processes and equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with CNC programming (preferred but not required).
• High mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Background in automotive, metal stamping, injection molding, or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of heat‑treating processes and material selection.
