Medical Scheduling ($17-$19/hr DOE)

Large specialty healthcare practice located in Gainesville, FL has an immediate need for a medical appointment scheduler. This position is working in a fast paced environment, completing detail oriented data entry, and providing great customer service to clients.

 

Job duties include:
1. Verifies necessary information and records in the medical record
2. Books, coordinates and reschedules patient appointments using Intergy EHR
3. Answers questions regarding patient appointments and testing
4. Updates profile on patients
5. Attends meetings as required
6. Cross train in scheduling and check-out.
7. Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of medical scheduling experience and experience using Intergy EHR.  Candidates will submit to drug and background screening.  

 

Full time temp to hire position starting at $17-19/hr DOE.
