Rehab Technician / Chiropractic Rehab Assistant

📍 Medina, OH

We’re hiring a full‑time Rehab Technician to join a busy, patient‑focused chiropractic office in Medina. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, staying active throughout the day, and making a meaningful difference—especially with pediatric patients.

Position Overview

You’ll support patients through rehab exercises, education, and therapeutic services while helping maintain smooth daily clinic operations. This is an active role requiring strong communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and intake patients
• Take vitals and maintain accurate patient documentation
• Perform non‑invasive nervous system scans
• Lead patients through guided rehab exercises
• Assist with traction, decompression, laser, and shockwave therapies
• Educate patients on care plans and progress
• Schedule follow‑up appointments
• Utilize EHR systems and complete daily reports

This is a physically active role and requires the ability to perform exercises throughout the shift.

Schedule & Availability

• Full‑time position
• Hours vary weekly based on office needs, availability, and vacations
• Office hours between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Typical schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday & Friday: 12:30 PM until 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays required: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Flexibility is required

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working hands‑on with patients, including children
• 1+ year experience in a medical or chiropractic office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• GXMO experience a plus
