Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a growing industrial operation in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls

• Troubleshoot electrical issues involving motors, control panels, PLC-related components, and 3-phase power

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards

• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to support production needs

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Journeyman Electrician or Class A Electrician

• Industrial electrical experience required

• Strong knowledge of 3-phase power, motor controls, and industrial wiring

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
