Job Title: Dinner Server (Part-Time) Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pay: $10.00/hr + Gratuity (Current servers average up to $38/hr)
Job Summary: We are seeking professional and attentive Dinner Servers with fine-dining experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service in an elegant dining environment, demonstrate strong knowledge of table service standards, and create memorable experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality table service in a fine-dining setting
Present menus, make recommendations, and answer guest questions
Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
Offer wine suggestions and demonstrate familiarity with pairings (a plus)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
Follow all service standards and health/safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous fine-dining serving experience required (not fast-casual)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Wine knowledge and pairing experience preferred
