Looking for a reliable 2nd shift job in Holland, MI? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced plastics manufacturing team. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with steady hours, clean facilities, and excellent long-term potential.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Shift: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor injection molding and assembly machines
• Inspect, assemble, and package plastic parts
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products
• Keep work areas organized, safe, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow instructions and maintain production flow

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of prior machine operating experience (plastics experience required)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing for long periods (8–12 hours)
• Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and reliability
• Solid work ethic and dependable attendance
