Summary
A construction focused Warehouse Manager is needed to keep materials, tools, and equipment moving smoothly across multiple job sites. This role runs day to day warehouse operations, owns inventory accuracy and delivery coordination, and leads a small team with a strong focus on safety and organization.

What this role will do
• Own inventory management across multiple job sites by tracking incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment and maintaining accurate digital and physical records
• Coordinate logistics and distribution including deliveries, pickups, and transfers between the warehouse and job sites while scheduling and supervising drivers for safe, on time transportation
• Lead warehouse operations by organizing layout for efficient access and safety and implementing consistent labeling, storage, and retrieval systems for construction materials
• Maintain compliance and documentation by following OSHA and company safety protocols, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials, and keeping audit ready records for inspections and insurance needs
• Lead and develop the team by training, scheduling, and managing performance while partnering with project managers, procurement, and field crews to anticipate material needs
• Drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies in inventory control, delivery scheduling, and space utilization and supporting digital upgrades such as barcodes and mobile inventory tools

What the team is looking for:
• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in construction or industrial environments
• Strong inventory control skills with hands on experience using inventory software and basic Excel
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment, with the ability to support multiple job sites
• Forklift capable with a valid driver’s license, comfortable coordinating drivers and deliveries
• Safety minded with familiarity in OSHA standards and proper handling of hazardous materials
• Proven leader and communicator who can train staff, stay organized, and solve problems fast
