About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with candidates, and can manage multiple roles and priorities with professionalism and ease.

You’ll play a key role in sourcing talent, guiding candidates through the interview process, and helping us build a strong, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Review resumes and applications to identify strong matches
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems
• Assist with posting job ads and maintaining a positive employer brand
• Support onboarding processes when needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Experience with ATS platforms 
• Self-starter attitude and comfort working independently in a hybrid/remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
