Business Development Representative – Local Butte Company Growing Fast!
A well‑established Butte business is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to showcase your talent, build long‑term client partnerships, and directly impact our growth.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation: $18–$22/hr + commission opportunities
Employment Type: Full‑time, long‑term

What You’ll Do

•   Spend 20% of your time in the office setting appointments, calling clients, and nurturing leads
•   Spend 80% of your time in the field conducting follow‑ups and strengthening client relationships
•   Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and strategic follow‑ups
•   Manage accounts, track activity, and support clients with exceptional service
•   Conduct product demos, identify upsell opportunities, and support B2B sales efforts

•   Analytical mindset for understanding client needs and presenting solutions
•   Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally
