We are seeking a full-time Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. This role involves managing a high volume of incoming calls, scheduling appointments for staff, and providing exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a wide range of personalities, including customers who may be frustrated or upset, and can maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Answer and route a high volume of phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Use Excel and other office software to maintain records, track information, and support daily operations
Schedule appointments, property tours, and meetings for staff
Assist residents and prospects with questions, concerns, and service needs
Provide excellent customer service to individuals in both positive and challenging situations
Support general office and property management tasks as needed
