Key Responsibilities:

• Interacts with customers via phone, in person, and/or by email.

• Takes and processes order in a timely and accurate manner with a “customer first” approach

• Places follow-up calls on orders and inquiries and updates customer contact and activity

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational,

• Analytical skills
• Able to manage priorities and workflow
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent
• One to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Equipment used:

• Computer skill required
• Accounting software
• Internet software
• Inventory software
• Order processing systems
• Spreadsheet and word processing software

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to stand , sit, walk
• Occasionally required climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Occasionally required to lift/push light weights (25 to 50 pounds)
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, Exposure to fumes, airborne particles
