Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 DOE

We are recruiting for a Customer Account Specialist for our client, a technology company in Acton, MA. The main responsibilities of this position will be to provide superior customer support to external and internal customers that result in customer retention.

 

Responsibilities of Customer Account Specialist

  • Handle all customer inquiries including order status, shipping & receiving dates, expediting, product availability, special items and pricing/quotations
  • Respond to product and service RFQs
  • Enter sales lead, customer orders and updated customer information into ERP system
  • Provide administrative support to sales & technical support teams
  • Guide customers to online procedural and technical information
  • Interacts with Supply Chain Planning, Quality Assurance, Distribution, Marketing and Logistics departments ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Build positive relationship with customers

Requirements of Customer Account Specialist

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with tangible products
  • Customer service advocate willing to go the extra mile to service internal and external customers.
  • Technical aptitude preferred

The hours for the position are M-F 8AM-4PM with flexibility available. Training hours will be M-F 9:30AM-5:30PM. The salary range is $58,000-$68,000 depending on experience.
