Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support warehouse operations in Sandston, VA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing warehouse equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Repair conveyors, motors, belts, rollers, and related equipment

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance mechanic experience in a warehouse or industrial setting

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with conveyors and automated equipment preferred

• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Compensation & Benefits:
