Groundskeeper (17/hr)

Gainesville property management company is a groundskeeper/janitor for a temporary opportunity with their property with approximately 100 units.  This position is expected to last approximately 30 days covering a leave of absence.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to: trash collection and removal, picking up grounds, light janitorial duties as needed (common areas, bathrooms), special projects as needed (pressure washing, assisting maintenance techs, moving furniture, etc).  Candidates must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.

 

Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8AM-5PM (32 hour week) and pays 17/hr.  Candidates will submit to background and drug screening.
