Salary: $18.00/hr.

We are currently looking for a qualified {Position} for a company located in {City and state}. 

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 11am-8pm

Job Responsibilities: 

•    Assisting the shipping department with shipping paperwork and creating BOL’s. 
•    Cycle Counting Inventory
•    Ensure pallets are properly identified, labeled, and staged for shipping.
•    Assisting shipping department with day-to-day scheduling / dispatching of carriers. 
•    Engage with drivers daily with a positive attitude.
•    Assist with auditing all outgoing loads to ensure they’re loaded properly / take pictures. 
•    Provide tracking and status updates of outgoing shipments.
•    Assist with troubleshoot shipping issues and work to resolve them.
•    Daily interaction with customer service
•    Comply with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

•    High School Diploma
•    Good at mathematics
•    Must be familiar with office machines; must be PC literate and have a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
•    Must possess the ability to function in a fast-paced operations environment.
•    Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task under pressure.
•    Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
•    Must be able to work independently and within a team.
•    Must be willing to work additional hours when required.
•    Comfortable working from heights (cycle counting inventory)
•    Able to stand for long periods of time (80% on feet).
•    Able to move and lift items up to 60 pounds.
•    Experience in a warehouse / shipping environment a plus.
